We’re thrilled that you are interested in booking Vizcaya Villa!

After you have toured the property, to secure your desired wedding date you must complete the following:

  1. Fill in the form below with the required information. We will then draft a contract with your information.

  2. Complete the contract, which will be emailed to you. The contract must be signed electronically.

  3. Submit first payment through the online invoice link, which will be emailed to you.

    $2,000 first payment due at booking, remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to event day. $500 of first payment will be held as your Incidentals Retainer.

  4. Once your signed contract and first payment have been submitted, you will receive confirmation of your completed booking!

**All dates are first-come, first-serve. Inquiring about a date does not secure it.**

**Vizcaya Villa is unable to hold dates without a signed contract and first payment.**

Information provided will be utilized to draft the venue contract. Client will have an opportunity to review and sign the contract before submitting. Bookings are not complete until a signed contract and first payment have been submitted. Vizcaya Villa does not hold dates, all dates are first-come first-serve.
