$30 per additional guest (Our ballroom seats 132 total)


Couples looking to book their wedding date for march 2018 or april 2018 will recieve a 10% discount on the all-inclusive package!

"Weddings Better" means no hidden fees and no confusion. Just customize and enjoy the experience!
Price includes a $500 drink credit, all taxes, delivery, set-up, and clean-up.
Friday and Saturday dates available.

1. Wedding Planning & Day-Of Coordination

We are here to help. Our team will guide you through everything from budgeting to making your final selections.

Our Vizcaya Villa Bridal Binder keeps you organized and on-track with a comprehensive To-Do list that  sets you up for success on wedding day.

On your special day you can relax. We will make sure everything runs smoothly according to the timeline (see Questions page for timeline)

2. Wedding Rehearsal

We give you and your bridal party the opportunity to practice your ceremony on-site.

Our experienced team will make everything easy and clear for you. We will address any questions and concerns.

3. Tables & Chairs

Our easy to use online seating chart makes tracking your guest count a piece of cake! Included:

  • All outdoor ceremony chairs
  • All indoor ballroom chairs
  • All tables

8. Linen

  • Black floor-length ballroom linens
  • Linen dinner napkins
  • Select any of our in-house overlays or runners to customize and enhance your decor

7. Decorations

We believe every wedding should be unique. You have access to all of our available options.

Outdoor Decor:

  • Ceremony chandelier for under the Trellis
  • Shepard hooks with lanterns lining the aisle
  • Bridge Decor

Indoor Decor:

  • Votive candles on your tables
  • Select any of our in-house table numbers, napkin rings, and any of our in-house faux centerpieces

8. Decorative Lighting

Enjoy customized lighting throughout the ballroom and lounge to enhance your decor and complete your look. We include:

  • Up-lighting for the ballroom & lounge - just pick your favorite color!
  • Spotlights to illuminate the centerpieces on all your guest tables and the cupcake tower
  • Dance floor lighting

9. Music & DJ Services

Music sets the mood and our professional DJ keeps your event flowing. We include:

  • Personalized music selections, detailed timeline and coordination
  • Our professional DJ/Emcee will provide announcements and music
  • Speakers and microphones for your ceremony
  • Speakers and music playing as your guests arrive and during cocktail hour
  • Speakers and music in the ballroom for dinner and dancing

10. Catering

An amazing food experience is awaiting you. Enjoy:

  • Champagne and small bites in the bridal suite
  • Beer and bites in the groom room
  • Water station, in the lounge,  for guests when they arrive on the property
  • Hors d'oeuvres passed on trays during cocktail hour (your choice of two varieties from our menu)

Dinner is served buffet style by our friendly waitstaff. Our incredible team handles all set-up, clean-up, and service throughout the evening.

  • Dinner is served with dinner rolls

11. Dessert

We include a cupcake tower (your choice of two flavors) topped with a 6" anniversary cake.

    12. Bar Service

      Our friendly bartender is on-site to serve beer, wine, and champagne throughout your event. A $500 drink credit is available to enjoy. We include:

      • Bartender, beer & wine permit, and insurance (we handle all the paperwork)
      • Soda available at the bar
      • Cocktail hour bar service, in the lounge, following the ceremony  
      • Reception bar service, in the ballroom, from ballroom introductions to last dance
      • Set-up, break-down and clean-up

      13. Celebration Send Off

      Light up the night and enjoy a complimentary sparkler send off. Our team will provide the sparklers and handle all of the coordination.


      This all sounds great... but what's not included on my wedding day?


      Everyone has their own version of what a wedding day "needs." We feel confident with our included services you are set up for success. The following items are not included:

      1.     Invitations: Style it, personalize it, and send it.

      2.     Fashion/Floral: Whatever you want to wear - it's all about feeling your best.

      3.     Photographer: Choose anyone you'd like! Find the perfect match to suit your style and budget. 

      4.     Officiant: Choose the special person you want to marry you. Your pastor, a friend... the choice is yours.
